At long last, all three films made starring 1950s icon James Dean will finally be released on Blu-ray in the James Dean Ultimate Collector’s Edition box set. Distributed by Warner Home Video, the set will contain Dean’s auspicious starring debut in East of Eden (1955), directed by Elia Kazan . The film was an adaptation of John Steinbeck’s novel and featured Dean as a miscreant youth seeking acceptance from his lettuce farmer father (Raymond Massey) and his so-called good brother (Richard Davalos).
